How it works
Evaporation is driven by exposed surface area, wind moving across the water, and solar heating. A poured-on Armor Ball® layer covers 91% of the surface, removing most of the open area available for evaporation and shielding the water from wind and sun — for up to a 90% reduction per AWTT published data.
The cover self-adjusts to changing levels, lets rain and snow pass through so the basin keeps collecting inflow, and needs no maintenance. Savings scale with climate and surface area, so the hotter, drier, and windier the site, the larger the water — and dollar — savings.
